Assist with finding a venue that suits the wedding theme and vision. Arrange and attend site visits with the couple.
Obtain 3 quotes per supplier for couple to compare. Help negotiate competitive prices on the couple’s behalf.
Assist with drawing the guest list if required. Send out invites at the set time.
Drawing a set up schedule with details of all suppliers involved, their contact details and times of set up (including back ups).
Ensuring the wedding day runs smoothly so the couple can be calm and relaxed and enjoy their special day. We ensure all suppliers deliver as contracted.
Ensuring that the celebrants and guests know what to do and where to go and that the reception details are well executed.
